About CAT Pumps
CAT pumps were founded in 1968 in Minneapolis with a complete dedication to quality. Their pumps are designed to perform for a minimum of 1500 hours, with valves lasting over 3000 hours. 
As a family-owned company, it wanted to design the longest-lasting high-pressure pumps so consequently the slogan of “the pump with nine lives” was born.
Since its inception CAT pumps have now grown to a worldwide entity, with over 1000 models of differing materials from brass to duplex stainless steel, supplying markets from pressure washers to ATEX applications within the oil and gas industry.
CAT have grown their manufacturing and stocking to enable 99.95% of orders to be shipped within 24 hours, 99% correct order fulfilment yet flexible enough to incorporate custom features for OEMs when required.

Solid Ceramic Graphite impregnated plungers in concentric design which are of high density and polished to withstand harsh pumping conditions
Specially Designed Seals which have 3-4 times the lifespan of other manufacturers
Patented sleeve rod design permitting servicing from the wet end reducing service time
Uniflow design enables smooth forward liquid flow and strong suction capabilities
Oversized Pump bearings ensure longevity
100% testing regime of flow and pressure
Manufactured using precision Japanese machines
Require infrequent lubrication after first 50 hours of operation - between every 3 months or 500 hours whatever is soonest.
Multiple drive options from single or 3 phase motor, to belt drive operation, engine driven and hydraulic power options
