Boyser Peristaltic Pumps

Boyser was established in 1993 as a manufacturer of Peristaltic Pumps. They later developed two different designs of hose pumps which were customised according to market requirements.  Roller Peristaltic Pump

A roller version was developed for lower pressure applications which used 30% less energy and increased hose life for applications where duty was continuous and could operate from 1hz. A shoe version was also created to enable high pressures to be achieved of viscous fluids.

They later moved on to develop their own range of lobe pumps capable of dry running which were based on the same principles of their peristaltic pumps being easy to maintain, and compact design.

Boyser has now grown to produce a range of over 20 different peristaltic pumps, covering a wide spectrum of flowrates up to 36,000L/hour, all manufactured in Spain.

Their range benefits from:

-          Flow rate directly proportional to speed, without slipBoyser 20,000Sq ft Factory

-          Reversible

-          Self-Priming up to 8M

-          Low starting torque from 1hz with Roller Pumps

-          Up to 30% energy savings when compared to other designs of Peristaltic pumps

-          Absence of seals and moving parts

-          Single wearing part
