The Etatron BP range of piston dosing pumps are designed for applications requiring larger precise flow rates up to 1027L/hr and high pressures up to 25 bar. This range is not suitable for use with liquids containing abrasive or solid particles. This metering pump series can be controlled in various ways depending on application requirements, including; 4-20 mA signal and inverter control.
The metering pump head is available in either PVC or stainless steel AISI 316 depending on the nature of the fluid. Seal materials options include; NBR, FPM and EPDM. This combination of materials options make this pump range suitable for a wide range of fluids and applications.
This dosing piston pump series is ideal for many applications in the industrial and marine markets, including; chemical dosing for maintaining PH levels in water treatment processes, cleaning in place (CIP), legionella dosing, biocides, OEM dosing systems, reverse osmosis, chemical injection and chemical dosing for agriculture.
