The Etatron PKX range of solenoid dosing pumps are excellent for any applications requiring low and precise flow rates up to 10L/hr. This metering pump series can be supplied with either proportional dosing control or manual dosing control depending on application requirements.

The pump head is available in either Polypropylene (PP) or PVDF depending on the nature of the fluid. Pump head options are also available with ceramic ball valves or lip valves and optional auto-bleed function. The bracket enables the pump to be foot mounted or wall mounted making it versatile for most installation types.

This solenoid dosing pump series is ideal for many applications in the industrial and marine markets, including; chemical dosing for car washes, chlorine dosing for swimming pools, chemical dosing for maintaining PH levels in water treatment processes, dosing of biocide in cooling towers, legionella dosing and chemical dosing for horticulture.

FAQS

Dosing is the act of transferring a small and precise flow rate of fluid into a tank or stream of another fluid. For example, dosing a chlorine chemical into a swimming pool or an additive into a fuel line.
Accuracy varies by range and model, please check data sheets or consult a member of our sales team for exact figures. For example, the Etatron eOne range has a dosing accuracy of +/-5%
Control features vary by range and model, please check data sheets or consult a member of our sales team for exact figures. Some of the control features available include; Manual stroke control, 4-20 mA control available, Proportional control available (1xN with memory, 1xN and 1/N) and level control.
Always check the compatibility of the materials available against the fluid being pumped. The main materials to check are the connections, diaphragms, valves, casing and o-ring. It may be that more than one material is suitable for your fluid and selection could be based on another variable such as temperature.
