DOSTEC 40

The Dostec 40 is heavy duty, precision diaphragm and piston dosing pumps. Being of positive displacement design they are used for the dosing of liquids across a range of industries in the agricultural, chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and textile sectors.

The pump head is capable of being manufactured in several configurations ranging from chemically resistant plastics such as Polypropylene or PVDF to AISI316 Stainless Steel allowing the pump to be used with a wide variety of aggressive, volatile, flammable, or inert chemicals. 

Units are modular in design enabling pumps to provide a flow ranging from 2.5 to 500 l/h for piston pump designs, and 5 to 300 l/h for diaphragm pump varieties.

Dosing flows can be independently adjusted separately, allowing a turn down from 0% to 100% of capacity whilst the pump remains in operation.

The dosing head is separated from the body by an FPM bellows and attached to the motor via a gearbox which reduces pump speed.

The Dostec 40 is designed and manufactured with materials that can resist most chemicals, including acids, alkalis, fuels, solvents, oils, chemicals, and food.
