The Dostec AC is a precision diaphragm or piston dosing pump with an integrated control system that can be accessed both wirelessly from phones/tablets and remotely for accurate and efficient automated dosing.
The intelligent design features a controller to enable changes to be made seamlessly via on screen protocols or controlled remotely via Modbus control.
These units also feature safety lock out to prevent unauthorised changes being made to pump set up ensuring peace of mind as well as a smooth and safe operation.
Being of positive displacement design the Dostec AC is ideal for the dosing of liquids across a range of industries in the agricultural, chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and textile sectors.
The pump head is manufactured in a range of plastics such as Polypropylene, PVDF or Stainless Steel and is manufactured in various configurations allowing the pump to be used with a wide variety of aggressive, volatile, flammable, or inert chemicals.
Units are modular in design enabling pumps to provide a flow ranging from 3 to 1200 l/h for piston pump designs, and 6.5 to 1044 l/h for diaphragm pump varieties.
The Dostec AC features several operating modes to fit the pumps installation process: manual, analogue, proportional to flow, proportional to pulses, batch control by volume, batch control by time, and Modbus.
Dostec AC is a pump ideal for a range of processes where precise dosing or metering is required and suitable for applications within the food, textile, chemicals, agricultural, water treatment sector and more.
