TEKDOS FP

The Tekdos FP are a range of heavy duty, continuously rated API675 plunger dosing pumps.

The pump is of positive return design, featuring a non-loss-motion mechanism and variable eccentric regulator enabling high accuracy dosing with smooth and safe operation.

These pumps are ATEX certificated and built for continuous operation in extreme conditions, such as high or low temperatures, high pressure, volatile liquids, high viscosity, and hazardous areas.

The pump head is capable of being manufactured in several material configurations including AISI 316 Stainless Steel allowing the pump to be used with a wide variety of aggressive, volatile, flammable, or inert chemicals. 

Units are modular in design and allow for many injection objects with heads available in differing configurations enabling pumps to provide a flow ranging from 0.7 to 940 l/h.

Dosing flows can be independently adjusted separately, allowing a turn down from 0% to 100% of capacity whilst the pump remains in operation.

The Tekdos FP is designed and manufactured with materials that can resist most chemicals, including acids, alkalis, fuels, solvents, oils, chemicals, and food.
