Container Emptying
Within many industrial and manufacturing processes, bulk fluids are utilised which are often supplied in a variety of different container sizes. Liquids such as chemicals, oils, grease and food ingredients can be delivered in containers ranging from totes, 205L drums, IBCS and bespoke container sizes which require mixing, emptying, transferring, injecting or batching into process.
Fluids can be handled in a variety of different ways depending on the viscosity, application and required transfer rate.
Examples of the various processes include:
Mixing – fluids can be mixed and then pumped
Batching – fluids are transferred according to a set amount and repeated at the touch of a button highly accurately
99.98% emptying- typically barrel pumps will empty only around 95% with our pump type the percentage extracted can be 99.98%
Injection– dyes and pigments can be injected into pipelines
High Viscosity- highly viscous fluids such as grease or tomato paste can be transferred
