Lubricating machinery across a facility can often prove difficult when lubricants are sold in pails or 205L Drums which are not designed to be easily moved across sites. Extracting oil without spillage can also prove problematic, which is why when a Premier League Football Club contacted us requiring portable lubrication equipment to facilitate dispensing, we were happy to offer our Raasm 32024.

North Ridge Pumps Raasm 32024 Double Acting 24L Oil Storage and Dispensing System 

The Raasm 32024 is a double acting 24L Oil storage and dispensing system. Double acting hand pumps operate on both a forward and back stroke improving dispensing rates, but also ensure flow is delivered smoothly. Double acting pumps also enable higher viscosity oils to be dispensed more effortlessly than if a single acting unit was used.

The hand pump mounted on top of the 24L cylinder, has a 3 levered position handle to enable differing amounts of oil to be dispensed on each stroke, as each position controls the pump shaft stroke length with dispensing amounts ranging from 100g to 220g per stroke.

With the unit mounted on two rugged wheels, the unit is portable on both smooth indoor and rough outdoor surfaces such as grass, or soil enabling machinery spread across sites to be accessed. To prevent ground contamination and leakage, the dispensing nozzle has a push button lever ensuring oil does not spill or drip where it is not required.

A glass level on the outside of the unit allows the operator to determine how much fluid is left within the container, and internal gaskets constructed from NBR enables the unit to be used with a variety of other low viscosity lubricants.

Initially 2 units were supplied from stock, with an additional 4 units being a supplied a few weeks later.
