We were contacted by a vessel owner in the marine industry that required a new pump for transferring diesel fuel on board ship. They needed a pump that could achieve 116 L/min at around 3.3 bar and delivery was required in 3 weeks. They were using a very old screw pump and had been experiencing a lot of issues with sourcing spare parts, they were keen to get a more reliable and easier to maintain pump.

We were contacted by an engineer at a fuel depot that was experiencing problems with their current pump that was being used for refuelling tankers. The pump was taking far too long to refuel the tankers, causing other lorries to queue for long periods, leading to lost time and higher costs.
