An engineering company specialising in welding, machining and fabrication approached us requiring a solution for emptying 200 litre barrels of transformer oil. A complete kit with discharge hose and dispensing nozzle was needed and the motor had to be 110V as this was the only power supply available local to the pump.

We were contacted by a farmer that needed to upgrade his hose system; he required a robust wall mounted reel with 10 metres of high quality long lasting 1-inch hose.

A marine vessel was in urgent need of a reliable solution for their engine oil lubricating system. The pump was required to transfer lube oil through a filtration system before entering the main engine. The oil has a viscosity of 40cSt, a density of 850kg/m³ and needed to be transferred at a flow rate of 6m³/hr at 2.5 bar.
